ABOUT ON THE FLOOR

Andro Astro, a newly successful, queer hip-hop artist, descends into a jumbled, drug-fueled reality that fuses together the past, present and future. Taking a hiatus from the pressures of fame and public life, Andro self-isolates in a treehouse within a mysterious bamboo forest, where three visitors will soon guide Andro toward a new vision of identity. Driven by pulsating music and bold, non-linear storytelling, the 16-minute short film ON THE FLOOR is a queer, psychedelic fever dream, exploring the struggle to find a sense of self in a fractured, constantly-in-flux world.
